摘要
高校大学生职业发展与就业指导课对学生的成长与就业、学校的生存与发展非常重要。但很多高校该门课程的教学效果却不理想,教学团队建设也不成熟,存在着外部保障与支持不足、内部管理机制不健全、不完善等困境。针对这种状况,提出对策:开设职业发展与就业指导专业博士点;出台该门课程教师的专业技术职称评定细则;对该门课程定期检查;制定符合实际的考评体系和激励机制。
College student＇s career development and employment guidance course is very important for growth and employment of students.It is very important for existence and development of the university.But it＇s educational effect is not good.The development of teaching team is not mature.Support for external security and internal management mechanism is not perfect.In view of this situation,we can establish professional doctorate of career development and career guidance.We need to set up institution professional title about career development and employment guidance.It is necessary to inspect regularly and establish assess and encourage system.
