摘要
针对旅游专业学生行业内就业率低的问题,对高校学生酒店职业认知与酒店就业意愿展开研究。采用偶遇抽样方法,对保定市5所高校旅游专业学生进行问卷调查,研究酒店职业的认知与毕业就业意愿相关关系,并用Spss16对调查结果进行分析。研究结果对高等院校的学生专业教育指导具有积极的理论意义。
In view of the low rate of employment of tourism undergraduates,this article studies the relationship between occupational cognition and desire of the hotel industry for tourism management students,taking the tourism student＇ s questionnaire survey in Baoding as an examples,and analyses the result by Spss16.The results are very useful to direct the speciality education for universities.
