摘要
21世纪文化多元化、教育大众化的时代背景下,《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》提出全面提高高等教育质量、建设高等教育强国目标要求。社会经济增长方式越来越依赖文化知识的传承、扩散和应用,高等教育职能的拓展和深化都使得校园文化建设具有了全新的意义,越来越成为大学跨越式发展的重要内容和关键环节。以校园文化建设与高校教学、科研的关联性为核心,从校园文化建设的时代内涵和实践形态两个方面来论证,提出只有从战略的层面将校园文化建设和发展纳入与人才培养、科学研究、社会服务同等的高度,与高校教学、科研紧密相连,校园文化重建才会有更大的作为。
The 21 century,against the background of economic globalization and popular education,in National long-term education reform and Development objectives and requirements were put porward,which was meant to increase the quality of higher education and build strong nation comprehensively.With the social changes in the pattern of economic growth and the expansion and deepening of the functions of higher education,construction of campus cultureis becoming an important part of university development and key links.Centered on campus culture and the relevance of teaching scientifically,According to inner quality and practice about strategic reconstruction of campus culture,the auther suggests that campus culture should make a difference in personnel training,scientific research and culture of innovation.
