摘要
通过分析比较故障检修、定期检修、状态检修及改进性检修4种设备检修策略的优缺点和适用范围,并结合南水北调中线京石段工程闸站机电设备的实际情况,提出了一种适合当前工程机电设备检修管理的检修策略,即定期检修为主、点检定修为辅,结合故障检修的检修策略.
The advantages,disadvantages and scopes of four maintenance measures,namely corrective maintenance,regular maintenance,state maintenance and improvement maintenance,are compared and analyzed.Combined with the actual situation of electro-mechanical equipments in Beijing to Shijiazhuang segment of the Middle-route of South-to-north Water Transfer project,the effective maintenance measures adapted to the current project are put forward,of which the regular maintenance is main,the spot-inspection maintenance is supplementary,and the corrective maitenance is combined.
