摘要
灾害性气象预警服务效益的评估对提高气象预报能力及气象服务水平有重要的指导意义,同时也是当前气象工作的薄弱环节。以重庆市北碚区为例,通过对2008年以来暴雨气象预警信号发布的分析,评估其灾害性气象预警服务效益。结果表明:灾害性气象预警服务效益的评估应主要从预报准确率、预报时效、预报服务覆盖率、灾害可预防能力等4个方面进行研究。
The evaluation of disastrous meteorological warning services had significant guidance influence on improving meteorological forecast capacity and meteorological service level.And in the meantime,it was the weak link in the current meteorological work.Taking Beibei District of Chongqing as an example,through the analysis of the rainstorm warning signal issued since 2008,the effectiveness of severe weather warning services was assessed.The results showed that severe weather warning services should be studied mainly from four aspects：the assessment of effectiveness of forecast accuracy,forecast timeliness,coverage of forecasting services,and disaster prevention capacity.
