摘要
目的 采用紫外分光光度法测定甲磺酸酚妥拉明的含量。方法 紫外分光光度法 ,检测波长 2 78nm。结果 甲磺酸酚妥拉明浓度在 8 0～ 3 3 0mg/L范围内 ,浓度与吸收度呈良好的线性关系 ;r =0 9999,n =7,平均回收率为 99 7%。结论该方法简单、快速、精确。
Objective To determine phentolamine mesylate tablets. methods the detecton was made at wavelength 278 nm. Results There was good linear relationship within the range of 8 0～33 0 mg/L, r=0 999 9, n =7, average recovery was 99 7%. Conclusion The method is convenient,rapid,acourate and precise.
