绕丝筒体的附加断裂阻力

摘要 含轴向外表面裂纹的简体经预应力钢丝缠绕后,不仅由于简体环向应力的降低而使其承载能力提高,而且还由于处于裂纹上方的钢丝对裂纹的张开和外鼓趋势具有局部约束作用,使简体的起裂压和断裂压都大大提高。本文在一定简化条件下计算了这种局部约束作用对简体产生的断裂阻力,并进行了实验验证。计算结果与实验结果吻合较好。本文的分析结果,可供工程绕丝止裂设计参考。 By wrapping with prcstrcssed steel wire, the load—bearing capacity of the cylinders contained part-through-wall axical flaws is increased obviously not only by the reduction of hoop stress but also by the local contral of the steel wire on the crack to the tendedcy of crack opening and crack swelling out. Under certain simplified conditions, in this paper, the additional fracture resistance to the cylinders is calculated. The hydraulic burst tests of wire-wrapped cylinders showed that there are a good general agreement between calculation and experimental results. The conclusion given in this paper can be used as reference in engineering design of wire-wrapping crack arrestor.
