摘要
"自主学习"这一概念自上个世纪80年代初提出以来,一直受到国内外语言学界的广泛关注,不少学习者围绕"自主学习"纷纷展开研究,并取得了丰硕的成果。英语教学应该有利于学生逐步实现从学习依赖到学习自主这一过渡。在英语教学中,自主学习能力培养具有十分重要的作用,结合英语教学改革的实践,通过对"自主学习"这一新的教学方法的探讨,以及对英语教学过程中如何培养和发展学习者自主学习能力问题进行的研究,从而推进英语的教与学,培养学生终生受益的学习方法和能力,真正提高英语教学质量。
Ever since its birth in the 1980s,the concept of ＂Autonomous Learning＂ has long been a hot issue in the field of linguistics both at home and abroad.Substantial research on learner autonomy has been carried out and turned out to be fruitful.English teaching should facilitate learners to go through the transition from learner dependence to learner autonomy.The development of learner autonomy plays a very important role in English Teaching by discussing autonomy in terms of both principle and action.This paper looks into the possibility of fostering autonomy in English learning among Chinese students.
