摘要 介绍在大型人防工程广州海心沙绿化改造及地下空间工程防水施工中,采用CPS高分子复合自粘防水卷材和聚合物水泥基防水涂料,并详细描述了上述两种材料在实际施工中配合自防水的应用及施工工艺,实施后确保剪力外墙抗渗防裂性能符合设计要求,并对结构细部构造防水薄弱环节采用埋设镀锌钢板止水带和外加附加防水层的做法,以保证不发生渗漏。 During the waterproof construction process of Guangzhou Haixinsha green transformation and underground space large civil defense engineering,the CPS polymer composite adhesive waterproofing membrane and polymer cement-based waterproof coating which are used in this project is mainly described. Also the application and the construction technics of these two kinds of materials are described in the actual self-waterproof construction. The implementation can insure that the impervious performance and crack control of the shear wall satisfy the design requirements. At the same time,the buried galvanized steel sheet waterstop and an additional water barrier are used in the waterproof weak links of structural details to prevent seepage.
