摘要
[目的]观察疏和降逆汤治疗反流性胃炎临床疗效。[方法]2010年5月至2011年2月间将85例确诊反流性胃炎患者随机分为治疗组52例和对照组33例。治疗组采用自拟疏和降逆汤治疗;对照组服用雷尼替丁、多潘立酮治疗。两组均以4周为1疗程,连服两个疗程后比较疗效。[结果]治疗组治愈23例,显效16例,有效10例,无效3例,总有效率为94.23%,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]疏和降逆汤治疗反流性胃炎临床疗效显著。
[Objective] To observe the cure effect of Suhe Jiangni Decoction treating regurgitation gastritis.[Method] Randomly divide 85 cases into treatment group and control group;treatment group 52 cases take self-made Suhe Jiangni Decoction;other 33,ranitidine and domperidone,both for successively 2 courses.[Result] In treatment group,23 cases were cured,16 had marked effect,10 were effective,3 had no effect,total effective rate was 94.23,compared with control one,there＇s difference of statistical meaning.[Conclusion] Suhe Jiangni Decoction has marked cure effect on regurgitation gastritis.
