摘要
[目的]探讨米索前列醇片联合五加生化胶囊治疗药物流产后脱膜残留的临床疗效。[方法]将药物流产后需后续服药治疗的78例作为观察组,选择同期类似病例行清宫术78例作为对照组。观察组予以口服米索前列醇片联合五加生化胶囊,口服,连服5d;对照组行常规清宫术。5d后观察治疗效果。[结果]两组阴道流血停止时间、复查B超宫腔异常回声消失率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]米索前列醇片联合五加生化胶囊治疗药物流产后脱膜残留的方法安全、经济、有效、避免手术创伤。
[Objective] To observe the effect of Misoprostol Tablets combined with Wujia Shenghua Capsule treating demoulding residual after medication abortion.[Method] Take 78 cases of medication abortion for oral taking medicines as observation group,other 78 cases for completing curettage of uterine cavity.The first group take Misoprostol Tablets and Wujia Shenghua Capsule;the other,only completing curettage of uterine cavity;observe their effects after 5d.[Result] There＇s no difference of statistical meaning on vaginal bleeding stop time,uterine cavity abnormal echo disappearance with B ultrasound of both.[Conclusion] Misoprostol Tablets combined with Wujia Shenghua Capsule is safe,economic,effective,avoiding operation trauma in treating demoulding residual after medication abortion.
