摘要
针对数字涡街流量计测量容易受外界振动干扰和量程下限受限不能测量小流量的缺陷,采用了DSP芯片2407A为处理器,利用其强大的运算能力和丰富的片内资源,并采用基于中心原则的频谱校正方法实现信号处理,有效减小系统的体积和制作成本,并且通过现场测试,解决了上述2个缺陷。
In order to solve the problem that the digital vortex flowmeter's working mechanism was susceptible to be vibration interference by outside and the limited quantum lower bound, so it could not measure little traffic. This paper used the 2407A DSP COMS chip for processing. It has powerful capabilities of operation and rich in resources. It adopted the spectrum correction method based on the center principle to realize the digital processing. It reduced the system volume and cut the production cost. It passed the field test, and solved the two shortcomings.
