摘要
为了研制大型循环流化床(CFB)锅炉,研究构建了CFB锅炉"复合炉型"技术体系,建立了热循环回路传热计算模型和炉膛高度计算模型,开发了带有外置床的CFB锅炉热力计算软件、旋风分离器设计计算软件和紧凑式分流回灰换热器等关键技术,在此基础上开发了带有紧凑式分流回灰换热器的210 MW及330 MW CFB锅炉。工程应用表明,开发研制的210 MW和330 MW CFB锅炉运行稳定,性能良好。其中330 MW CFB锅炉是目前国内已运行的最大容量的CFB锅炉,该锅炉为进一步开发600 MW超临界CFB锅炉奠定了技术基础。
In order to devolop large capacity circulating fluidized bed(CFB) boiler,the technical system of compound configuration of CFB boiler have been research and established,The heat transfer caculation model and furnace height caculation model also have been established.the key technologies such as thermotechnical caculation software of CFB boiler with external heat exchanger and design caculation software of cyclone and compact splitting heat exchanger(CHE) been developed.The 210 MW and 330 MW CFB boiler with CHE have been designed and manufactured based on research results.The engineering application indicate that devolping 210 MW and 330 MW CFB boiler with CHE operate stably,and its good performance have been proved.330 MW CFB boiler devoloped is the largest capacity CFB boiler operated in china now.and also supply a technical base for devoloping domestic 600MW supercritical CFB boiler.
