摘要
通过对开发公益性岗位促进大学生就业的分析,寻求开发公益性岗位促进大学生就业的理论依据和逻辑。从需求、供给和供给匹配三个角度揭示我国开发公益性岗位促进大学生就业存在的问题,并结合全国各省市先进的经验和实施的实际情况,提出全国高校毕业生公益性岗位就业需求促进政策、供给促进政策与供给匹配促进政策,指出高校毕业生就业体系和公益创业是开发公益性岗位促进大学生就业的未来趋势。
Based on the analysis of public welfare job development for college graduates,this paper develops the theoretical basis and reveals the existing problems from three different angles of demand,supply,and supply matching.Considering the national experience and the actual implementation,policies for promoting demand,supply,and supply matching are proposed to develop public welfare jobs for college graduates.It points out that the future trend of its development will be based on the graduates employment system and social entrepreneurship.
