摘要 目的了解槲皮素单硫酸酯钠盐(SQMS)和柚皮素单硫酸酯钠盐(SNMS)对小鼠出血时间(BT)和凝血时间(CT)的影响。方法 80只昆明小鼠随机分成8组,即生理盐水组(阴性对照),低、中、高剂量SQMS和SNMS组,血栓通组(阳性对照),每组10只。BT及CT分别采用断尾法和玻片法观察。结果 SQMS和SNMS各剂量组小鼠的BT和CT与生理盐水组比较均明显延长(P<0.05);除SNMS高剂量组的CT比血栓通组延长外(P<0.05),其他各组抗凝血作用与血栓通注射液相当(P>0.05)。结论 SQMS和SNMS具有抗凝血作用。 Objective To study the effects of sodium quercetin .monosulfate salt (SQMS) and sodium naringenin monosulfate salt (SNMS) on bleeding time (BT) and clotting time (CT) in mice. Methods Eighty Kunming mice were randomly divided into eight groups including normal saline group, three-dose SQMS and SNMS groups, and Xueshuantong group, each of 10 animals. BT and CT were measured by tail-cutting and slice methods, respectively. Results BT and CT in SQMS and SNMS groups were longer than those in normal saline group (P〈0.05). The anticoagulant effect of SQMS and SNMS was similar to that of Xueshuantong injection (P〉0.05), but CT in high-dose SNI^IS group was superior to that in Xueshuantong group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Both SQMS and SNMS are anticoagulant.
