摘要
随着我国社会主义经济的发展,人民的生活水平有了很大的提高,但是也造成我国的生态环境的保护面临更大的压力。尤其是我国少数民族地区由于生态环境的脆弱,其面临环境保护的压力则更大,然而随着时代的发展,少数民族本身的环境保护习惯法的约束作用则越来越小,本文主要想通过探讨少数民族环境保护习惯法的国家表达来增强少数民族习惯的凝聚力,以及推动我国环境保护事业的发展。
With China＇s socialist economic development,people＇s living standard has been greatly improved.However,the protection of the ecological environment in China is meeting with great pressure.The minority areas of China,with the fragile ecological environments,is meeting with even greater pressure in environmental protection,for their customary laws on environmental protection are less and less effective in functions with the passing of time.The research,through the study of the national expression of the minority customary laws on environmental protection,is to enhance cohesion of minority customs and to promote the environmental protection in China.
