摘要
目的:探讨宫腹腔镜联合手术治疗剖宫产术后子宫切口憩室的应用价值。方法:回顾分析2008年1月—2010年12月应用宫腔镜、腹腔镜联合手术治疗21例剖宫产术后子宫切口憩室患者的临床资料。患者最常见的临床表现为月经经期延长;均采用宫腹腔镜联合手术。结果:所有患者术后均恢复良好,均治愈。结论:宫腹腔镜联合手术治疗剖宫产术后切口憩室的疗效满意,安全,创伤小,恢复快。
Objective：To evaluate the application value of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy in treatment of cesarean scar diverticulum.Methods：We retrospectively analyzed 21 cesarean scar diverticulum cases who received hysteroscopy-laparos-copy treatment from Jan.2008 to Dec.2010.Menostaxis is the most common clinical manifestation.Results：All the patients recovered well after the operation and had no future complications occurred.The treatment was performed successfully.Conclusions： The combination of hysteroscopy and laparoscopy can be used to treat cesarean scar diverticulum.Patients receive significant benefits in the forms of satisfactory effect,little trauma and rapid convalescence.
