摘要
利用材料与不育系测交,F1代不育则材料的基因型为N(msms);F1代全恢复则材料的基因型为N(MsMs)或S(MsMs),为进一步判断,分别以其为母本与基因型为N(msms)的材料杂交,F2代分离出不育株的则其基因型为S(MsMs);F1代一半不育,自交后分离,后代出现1/4不育株则材料的基因型为S(Msms),否则为N(Msms)。
In the study, the hot pepper male sterile line crossed with breeding materials bred ① completely male sterile F1, which means the materials’ genotype is N(msms); ② completely restored F1,which suggests the materials’ genotype is N(MsMs) or S(MsMs), then the materials crossed with the genotype N(msms) got their F1, if their F2 grew some male sterile plants, the material is meant as S(MsMs), otherwise as N(MsMs); or ③ half the F1, with male sterility, the materials’ genotype is S(Msms) if they self-bred male sterile plants accounting for 1/4 of the total, if not the materials’ genotype is N(Msms).
