摘要
心理疏导在加强和改进思想政治工作中的地位越来越重要。作为思想政治教育者要想做好心理疏导,需要了解在不同话语体系下,心理疏导的不同内涵;在思想政治工作中,心理疏导的对象既包括思想已经或者可能出现问题的人,又包括思想和行为表现正常,但根据工作的需要有必要实施心理疏导的人;心理疏导包括思想观念、情绪情感的疏导以及行为调适;在疏导中,一定要强调价值导向,重视双向沟通,充分借鉴心理咨询中的方法和技术。
Psychological counseling is of increasing importance to strengthen and improve ideological and political work.In order to do counseling well,ideological and political educators need understand different contents of psychological counseling in different discourses.In education work,the targets include those whose ideas are or tend to be problematic and those to whom psychological counseling is necessary to fulfill their work.Counseling consists of ideological guidance;emotional channeling as well as behavioral adaptation.In addition,psychological counseling must emphasize value orientation and a two-way communication to carry out the counseling techniques.
