摘要
为了减轻皮内注射给患者造成的痛苦 ,1 997年 1月～ 1 998年 6月 ,对 2 0 0例需做皮内试验患者同时采用右前臂掌侧下 1 / 3处皮内注入试敏液 0 1ml(A法 )与左前臂掌侧近横腕纹上三横指中点处 (以病人自己食、中、无名三指为准 )皮内注入试敏液 0 1ml(B法 ) ,观察两种方法的阴、阳性结果并进行疼痛程度对照。结果表明 :A、B两法阴、阳性反应结果相同 ,但两种方法注射于患者的疼痛程度差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 1 )。B法皮内试验反应准确 ,疼痛程度低 。
In order to reduce the pain in intradermal test on patients, we tried two methods of intradermal test on 200 cases from January 1997 to June 1998.The Method A was applied on the lower 1/3 palmar of right forearm with 0.1 ml test solution. The method B was on the middle of three fingers upper transverse carpal bracelet of left palmar forearm with same solution. The results showed that same responses were obtained, but the paindegrees were significantly different ( P <0.01).The method B gave more accurate response and less painful intradermal test which was available to be applied clinically.
