摘要
在直角坐标内,用两种药剂对几种害虫的LC50值作等效线,分解二元混剂的LC50值作为单剂浓度,标注在坐标内,可以清楚地反映混剂对不同兼治对象的毒力和互作效应,以此研究农药之间的二元混剂对水稻二化螟、褐飞虱和灰飞虱的兼治作用。结果表明:氟虫腈与毒死蜱(1∶15)混用对褐飞虱有增效作用,但对褐飞虱的毒力不如二化螟;吡虫啉与仲丁威(1∶9)混用对褐飞虱有增效作用,对灰飞虱有拮抗作用;吡虫啉与速灭威(1∶3)混用和噻嗪酮与吡虫啉(1∶10)混用,对两种飞虱都有增效作用;噻嗪酮与混灭威(1∶5)、甲萘威(1∶9)、毒死蜱(1∶2)和速灭威(2:1)混配,对褐飞虱有增效作用,对灰飞虱有拮抗作用;甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐与丙溴磷(1∶40)混用对褐飞虱、灰飞虱和二化螟均有增效作用,甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐与毒死蜱(1∶39)混用对二化螟有增效作用,对灰飞虱有相加作用,对褐飞虱有拮抗作用。坐标中离原点最远的混剂实测剂量能使所有兼治对象达到50%以上的死亡率,但应根据田间有害生物发生种类和药剂间的互作效应合理选择混用药剂。
Equivalent lines were drawn in the right-angle coordinate system with the LC50 of two pesticides.The LC50 of binary mixture of 12 pesticides against each pest was divided into two concentrations of single pesticide and was marked in the coordinate system.The comprehensive toxicity and joint action of the mixture against pests would be showed.The joint action of 12 binary mixtures of pesticides against Chilo suppressalis Walker,Nilaparvata lugens Stl and Laodelphgax striatellus were tested in laboratory.The joint action of fipronil mixed with chlorpyrifos(1∶15) to N.lugens was synergistic,but the toxicity of the mixture against N.lugens was lower than C.suppressalis.The joint action of the mixture of imidacloprid and fenobucarb(1∶9) was synergistic to N.lugens and antagonistic to L.striatellus.The binary combinations of imidacloprid and metolcarb(1∶3) and buprofezin and imidacloprid(1∶3) were synergistic to both N.lugens and L.striatellus.The mixtures of buprofezin with dimethacarb(1∶5),carbaryl(1∶9),chlorpyrifos(1∶2) and metolcarb(2∶1) were synergistic to N.lugens and antagonistic to L.striatellus.The joint action of the mixture of emamectin benzoate and profenofos(1∶40) was synergistic to C.suppressalis,N.lugens and L.striatellus.The mixture of emamectin benzoate and chlorpyrifos(1∶39) was synergistic to C.suppressalis,additive to N.lugens,and antagonistic to L.striatellus.The concentrations of pesticides showed in the mark which was the farthest from the original point in coordinate system could kill all pests over 50%,however,the pesticides should be chosen based on pest type in rice field and the toxicity and joint action of binary mixture to pest.
