摘要
介绍了底泥负载K+吸收剂的制备方法,并通过热重分析试验研究了其再生反应特性.苏州河底泥添加KHCO_3和黏结剂制备得到CO_2干式吸收剂模拟待再生剂;从KHCO_3负载量、升温速率和加入分析纯K_2CO_3共3方面对模拟待再生剂进行热重分析,求取再生反应动力学参数,研究其再生反应特性.研究结果表明,再生反应表观活化能在90~120 kJ/mol之间;KHCO_3负载量为40%时分解反应更容易发生,再生性能好;升温速率的变化对再生反应影响不大,当升温速率达到5℃/min以上时,再生转化率均超过90%;加入分析纯K_2CO_3后,再生反应发生的难度增大.
The preparation method of potassium-based/sediment supported sorbent was introduced, and the characteristics of regeneration reaction of potassium-based/sediment supported sorbent were investigated with thermogravimetric apparatus. Potassium bicarbonate and the adhesive were loaded on Suzhou River sediment to get analogue regenerant of potassium-based sorbents. In order to calculate the kinetic parameter and investigate the regenerable characteristic, the regenerant was studied by thermogravimetric analysis on the loading of potassium bicarbonate, the heating rate and the addition of potassium carbonate. The research results showed that the value of the apparent activation energy of regenerable was between 90 and 120 kJ/mol; the regenerability was better when the potassium bicarbonate loading was 40% ;change of heating rate was invisible effect to regenerable reaction, and the regenerable conversion exceeding 90% when heating rate was more than 5 ℃/min; the difficulty of regenerable reaction increased as adding potassium carbonate to the sorbent.
