摘要
本文根据统计能量分析理论,建立缸体、油盘和齿轮箱组成发动机系统的能量平衡方程式。籍助于牺牲多余试验信息消除式中模态密度项,解得系统的损耗因子和耦合损耗因子,并通过对1.8D涡轮增压内燃机的实验研究,预估发动机和缸体、油盘、齿轮箱的辐射噪声;同时改换油盘材料和刚度研究其对辐射噪声的影响。
Based on SEA (Statistical Energy Analysis) technique, the energy balanceequations of engine which consists of block, sump and bellhousing has been builtup in this paper. By sacrificing the redundancy of information, the modal densitiescan be eliminated in the equations, and all the internal and coupling loss factoris obtained. The experimental investgation of the 1. 8D turbocharged engine hasbeen carried out. The noise radiation of whole engine and block, sump, bellhousingis predicted respectively. The effect of changing sump material and stiffness onthe noise radiation is well studied.
