摘要
某大型地下室结构验收前发现顶板等处存在大量裂缝,经监理单位组织相关专业技术人员调查,其中部分缺陷已影响使用功能,造成一定的经济损失,判定为一般质量事故,根据《混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范》GB50204-2002规定,由施工单位制定处理方案,征求设计单位认可,报建设、监理单位审批后分别采取表面修补、填缝、注浆,加强防水、局部返工等措施实施处理,并组织验收。经处理后的结构安全及使用功能得到恢复。
A large basement structure was found that there are a large number of cracks in the roof and some other places.Through the relevant professional and technical supervision unit＇s investigation,they found that some of the cracks have affected the use of function,resulting in some economic loss.So they judge it as the general quality accident.According to ＂Concrete Construction Quality Acceptance＂ GB50204-2002,the construction unit should make a processing scheme,and ask for the design units＇ approve.After reporting to the construction and supervision units for the examination and approval,measures should be taken respectively,such as the surface repair,caulking,grouting,strengthening water,local rework and so on.Then check and accept.After the treatment,the structural safety and the use of function was restored..
