摘要
本文研究了用变切宽切削方式测量加工系统稳定性阈限B_(lim)时初始切削宽度的影响.推导表明:由于切宽及重叠系数时变特性的影响,系统传递函数与传统理论的不同在于一个具有等效阻尼作用的相位超前反馈,其作用效果取决于切宽变化率b_1与初始切宽b_0之比.b_0越小,系统相位裕量越大,稳定性越高.实验已经证实,b_0=0时,B_(lim)将增大到间断增加切削宽度所测取的稳定性极限切宽B°_(lim)的两倍多.因而,在用变切宽方式测量B_(lim)时,必须考虑到初始切宽效应.
This paper deals with effect of initial width of cut (b_0) on the stability threshold (B_lim) of a machinig system when determined by the method of increasing width of cut. The transfer function of the system is different from the conventional theory in a phase-leading feedback effect corresponding to an effective damping.It means that the phase abundance of the closed system is increased with the decrease of b_0, so that the stability threshold is increased. Experiments show that the B_lim will be increased up to about two times of B_lim~°which is determined by the discrete increasing width of cut when b_0=0. Therefore, the effect of b_0 must be noticed during the precise measurement of B_lim.
