摘要
为实现全省范围内营销数据信息的采集、监控和分析,通过开发专门的管理软件系统将各类营销关键信息进行集约,对各类营销关键信息进行在线跟踪监控,实现全过程精益化管理,达到营销管理向集中精细迈进,有效提升公司供电服务整体水平的目标。本设计提出了青海电网营销稽查监控系统建设的业务架构、应用架构、数据架构、技术架构、物理架构,建成了青海电力营销稽查监控系统,并在全省范围内进行了推广应用。
To collect, monitor and analyze the province-wide marketing data, there is an urgent need to develop a marketing inspection monitoring system. This paper describes the business architecture, application architecture, data architecture, technical architecture and physical architecture of the marketing inspection monitoring system in detail. The proposed system achieves the whole process refinement management by collecting and monitoring key marketing data and effectively improves the overall level of electricity services. The system has been put into operation in Oinghai province.
