国家电力查新网站是国网信息通信有限公司科技查新对外服务的窗口,随着信息安全等级保护的提高,在公司系统实施了网络与信息系统安全隔离措施,使原有系统功能受到了限制,网站在信息时效、版面设置、页面美观上已不能满足用户的访问需求。文章针对用户对网站信息的功能性需求,介绍了查新网改版原则、网站设计、栏目设置、功能设计及实现等内容。改版后的国家电力查新网站以用户为中心,综合考虑了网站的信息安全性、可用性、视觉设计等方面,可满足用户对查新课题的咨询、委托和受理等信息的需求,也为用户节省了宝贵时间,全面地提升了国网信息通信有限公司科技查新信息服务的质量和水平。
The State Power Novelty Search website is an external service window for scientific and technical novelty search of State Grid Information Telecommunication Company Ltd. （SGIT）. With the raise of information security protection level, the network is isolated with the information system in the company. The original system functions are restricted, and the website cannot meet the user requirements of information timeliness, layout and the page aesthetics. This paper analyses the users′ functional requirements of the website information, and introduces the revision principles, website design, column setting, functional design and implementation. The revised website is user-centered, and comprehensively considers information security, usability and visual effects of the website. It can well satisfy the users′ requirements of novelty topic search consulting and commission, and save precious time for users. The quality and level of scientific and technical novelty search of SGIT is enhanced.
