捆扎催化填料的流体力学性能研究

摘要 主要对捆扎催化精馏填料进行了流体力学性能研究。以空气-水为介质,在Φ450×1500的有机玻璃塔中进行实验。分别获得了填料层压降、持液量与气相动能因子之间的关系曲线,并回归出塔压降以及泛点气速的关联式。为工程设计提供了基础数据。 This thesis mainly study at the hydrodynamic performance of the strapping catalytic packing.The experiment was investigated with an air-water system in an organic glass tower with a diameter ofΦ450×1 500.The relation curve of pressure and Gas phase kinetic energy factor,liquid holdup and Gas phase kinetic energy factor were obtained.And the correlating formulas of column pressure drops and flooding gas velocity were given.Provides the basis data for engineering design.
