摘要 哈罗铁路S2标段横穿罗布泊盐湖区,地质极为复杂,受硫酸盐和氯盐等化学侵蚀、风蚀等综合不利影响,桥涵基础及主体混凝土防腐施工是一项技术难题。通过混凝土耐久性设计、基础采用隔断措施(基底铺装沥青混凝土隔离层、四周砌筑沥青砖墙、空隙填充C35耐久性混凝土)、外露混凝土进行防护等,提高了岩盐地质条件下混凝土的耐久性,防止桥涵基础混凝土受到侵蚀,达到了混凝土防腐的目的,为同类地区、同类工程基础设计与施工提供了参考依据。 The S2 Contracted Section of the Harluo Railway goes through the Ruobupo Halite District where the geological conditions are very complex.Chemically corroded by vitriol,chlorine salt,etc.,eroded by wind and affected by other factors,the anti-corrosion construction of the concrete for the foundation of bridges and culverts,and the main body of concrete has become a difficult technical problem.By means of the design of the durability of concrete,and with the spacing measures taken(An asphalt-concrete spacing layer is provided at the base course,a surrounding asphalt brick wall is built,and all the gaps are filled with C35 durable concrete),and all the exposed concrete protected,the durability of the concrete in the halite geological condition is much improved,the concrete of the foundation of bridges and culverts is protected from corrosion,and the anti-corrosion aim of concrete is realized.The experience obtained from the project may serve as the design grounds for the design and construction of similar engineering foundation projects in similar districts.
