摘要
CC-Link现场总线是一种开放式、全数字化、双向多站的通信控制系统,在工业生产控制中发挥着重要的作用。采用一种基于CC-Link现场总线的铣床运动控制方法,实现对多台铣床进给运行的远程分布式控制,并在三菱FA实验平台上编写PLC程序进行测试,验证该控制方法的可行性。
CC-Link field bus is an open, full digitalization, bidirectional multi-station communication control system, which plays an increasingly significant role in industrial production control. A kind of motion control method of the miller based on CC-Link field bus was used to achieve remote distributed control on the feeding operation of multiple millers. PLC programs were written and tested on the Mitsubishi FA experimental platform, to verify the feasibility of the control method.
