摘要
建设和谐校园,塑造健康心灵是当前军校思想政治建设的重要组成部分。塑造健康心灵的一个重要前提是克服消极的心理状态,逆反心理是一种直接影响部队思想政治工作的负面心理状态。结合军校学员自身的特殊情况分析学员逆反心理的成因,并提出对策,以期对军校思想政治建设具有一定的指导作用。
To build the harmonious academy and to shape the healthy minds of the cadets is the essential part in the military ideological construction. However, one important premise is to overcome the negative psychological factors, of which the psychological inversion is the one which directly influences the ideological and political work. The paper starts with the concept, summarizes the cause of formation and countermeasure, which will be of some importance for the ideological and political work.
