摘要
目的:观察正天丸治疗经期头痛的临床疗效。方法:将30例经期患者随机分为观察组和对照组各15例。对照组服布洛芬缓释胶囊(芬必得),观察组服用正天丸,2组疗程均为6个月。观察2组治疗经期头痛的临床疗效。结果:1疗程后,观察组有效率为93.33%,对照组为66.66%,观察组优于对照组。结论:正天丸是治疗经期头痛的有效方法。
Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of treating Xuyu type menstrual headache with Zhengtian pills.Methods：30 patients with menstrual headache were divided into experimental group（n=15）and control group（n=15）randomly,and treated with Zhengtian pills and ibuprofen decoction respectively.By the end of a treatment course,the clinical effect was evaluated.Results：Compared the total effective rate of observation group was 93.33%,while control group was 66.66%,the effect of observation group was significantly better than control group’s（P0.05）.Conclusion：Treating menstrual headache with Zhengtian pills can make a better effect.
