摘要
政府公共关系以塑造良好的政府形象为目标,以处理和协调政府与内外部公众的关系为基本任务。明确和把握政府公共关系基本原则,既是解决政府公共关系工作以何种价值观为指导、在何种行为框架下运行的基础性问题,也是提高政府公共关系工作科学性、规范性、有效性的重要保障。
Government public relations take shaping the good image of government as the goal,handling and coordinating the relationship between government and the internal and external public as the basic task.Clearing and grasping the basic principles of government public relations is not only the foundation of selecting the guiding values and operating framework,but also an important guarantee of improving the scientificity,standardability and effectiveness of government public relations work.
