摘要
石油化工行业是关系国计民生的重要能源行业。本文运用DEA方法对2007-2010年间13家上市石油化工企业的静态效率进行分析,结果表明我国石油化工行业的技术效率不高,主要原因是规模效率较低。运用Malmquist指数方法测算2007-2010年间11家上市石油化工企业的全要素生产率,结果表明我国石油化工行业的全要素生产率总体呈下降趋势,主要原因是技术的退步和规模效率的下降。合理控制规模、加强科技研发和自主创新有利于企业效率的提高。
Petrochemical industry is a very important industry concerning People＇s livelihood. Using DEA model, the paper analyzes the efficiency of thirteen listed petrochemical companies from 2007 to 2010, concluding that the technical efficiency of petrochemical companies in China is not high. The main reason is the low scale efficiency. Using Malmquist Index to analyze the TFP of eleven listed petrochemical companies from 2007 to 2010, it concludes that the TFP of petrochemical companies in China overall descend. The main reason is technical regress and descent of scale efficiency. The reasonable control of scale, enhancement of research and innovation can help improving companies＇ efficieney.
