摘要
介绍了国产引进型机组在运行检修中遇到的轴振异常、高压调阀异响、汽轮机组的通流轴向间隙超标、汽缸变形、汽轮机内部元件脱落等故障,分别分析了制造、材料与安装方面的原因,提出了相应的解决和处理手段,对机组的检修工作具有一定的借鉴意义。
The essay introduces that domestically-made units can come across the problems such as the abnormal vibration,the abnormal sound of high pressure valve,the exceeding standard of the stream axial clearance,cylinder deformation and the dropping of turbine interior components when the are working.Meanwhile,it analyses the related causes and comes up with related solutions.It is significant for the repair work of the units.
