摘要 目的研究CO2诱捕法与紫外线灯诱法在成蚊监测中的效果。方法 2007年5-10月份,在上海虹桥国际机场公共绿地内,采用CO2诱捕法与紫外线灯诱法每旬监测一次成蚊密度。结果 CO2诱捕法所捕获雌蚊总数占捕获总数的97.01%,捕获淡色库蚊雌蚊总数占捕获淡色库蚊总数的97.02%,分别高于灯诱法的90.14%和90.58%(χ总2=18.82,P<0.01;χ淡2=16.27,P<0.01);灯诱法捕获的淡色库蚊占捕蚊总数的98.90%,高于CO2诱捕法的94.02%(χ2=13.49,P<0.01);2种方法所监测的蚊虫季节消长趋势基本一致,CO2诱捕法能连续捕获白纹伊蚊,紫外线灯诱法只在某个时点捕获。结论 CO2诱捕法适用于常规监测和白纹伊蚊专项监测。 Objective To study the difference between the CO2 and UV light trap in mosquito surveillance.Methods Using CO2 and UV light trap controlling the mosquitoes three times a month in Hongqiao International Airport public green area from May to October in 2007.Results CO2 trap caught 97.01% female of all mosquitoes and caught 97.02% female of all Culex pipiens pallens.Two capture ratios were higher than 90.14% and 90.58% by UV light trap(χ2=18.82,P0.01;χ2=16.27,P0.01).UV light trap caught 98.90% Culex pipiens pallens of all mosquitoes.It was higher than 94.02% by CO2 trap(χ2=13.49,P0.01).The seasonal fluctuation of mosquito monitored by two kinds of methods was the same.The CO2 trap could continuously catch Aedes albopictus,but UV light trap just could do it in some time.Conclusion The CO2 trap is more suitable for routine and special monitoring of Aedes albopictus.
