摘要
半刚性基层沥青路面是我国最主要的路面结构。作为路面的主要承重层,半刚性材料的抗拉疲劳是重要性能。在总结分析半刚性基层材料疲劳试验研究的基础上,得到了单因素材料组成要素与疲劳性能的关系。为进一步研究材料各组成因素对半刚性材料疲劳性能的综合影响,用分形理论对半刚性材料的级配进行处理,尝试用灰关联理论来研究材料组成对疲劳性能的影响关系。建立了包括级配、水泥剂量、含水量、水泥胶砂强度、空隙率5个材料组成因素在内的半刚性材料疲劳性能模型,并进一步分析,从而更好地了解组成对半刚性材料疲劳性能的影响。
Semi-rigid asphalt pavement is the most common pavement structure in our country.As the main bearing strature,the fatigue resistance strength is important performance of the semi-rigid material.Based on analysis the available fatigue experiments results of semi-rigid base material,single factor relationships between material composition and fatigue properties are obtained.In order to deeply understand the influences of material composition on fatigue property,fractal theory is used to disposal the material grade,and the grey relation theory is used to research comprehensive influences of material composition on fatigue propertie.Then the fatigue performance model of semi-rigid material including the grade,the dosage of cement,water content,cement mortar strength and void ratio is determined.And the further analysis is given to show the relationship between the material composition and fatigue performance of semi-rigid base material.
