摘要
图书馆是慈善捐助的最佳领域之一。自美国钢铁大王卡内基[1]创建现代慈善基金以来,这一领域一直广受社会慈善家和社会公众的关注。在我国,社会力量对图书馆的广泛援助,体现出社会各界对百姓精神文化需求和基层教育的支持,是图书馆建设不可或缺的力量。针对目前我国社会力量对图书馆的5种类型援助模式进行归纳、总结,分析各自的特点和利弊,探讨图书馆慈善与公益面临的主要困境,提出未来发展方式———创新型援助模式。
A library is the one of best fields of charity aid. Since US steel tycoon, Andrew Carnegie founded the modern charity fund, this field is always focused on by philanthropists and the public. In China, social aids to libraries are the indispensable force in library construction, which demonstrate the social support to spiritual and cultural needs and grass root education of the people. Five types of social forces＇ assistance mode to library in China are induced and summarized in this paper, characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of their own are also analyzed. Further, explore the main difficulties of librarians charity and public welfare. Moreover, innovation model of future developmental direction are present in the last paragraph.
