摘要
利用透射电镜，对真空蒸发Ａｇ－Ｃｕ薄膜的晶体结构进行了分析研究。观察到了 Ａｇ－Ｃｕ薄膜在沉积过程中产生了有序化的 ＡｇＣｕ_３超点阵结构，并从理论上作了初 步分析。
Using TEM, we research and analyse on the crystal structure of vacuum evaporated Ag-Cu thin film. We found that during the deposition of thin film of Ag-Cu, the ordering superlattice structure AgCu_3, will be formed. Some preliminary studies are carried out in theory.
