摘要
目的观察胰岛素治疗老年2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法将180例老年2型糖尿病随机分为观察组和对照组各90例。观察组应用皮下注射胰岛素治疗,对照组应用口服降糖药治疗。治疗后比较2组临床疗效及空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)变化情况。结果观察组总有效率为95.6%高于对照组的56.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后FPG、2hPG、HbA1c均低于治疗前,且观察组改善情况优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胰岛素治疗老年2型糖尿病效果显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of insulin therapy in elderly patient with type 2 diabetes.Methods 180 cases elderly patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 90 cases.Observation group received insulin subcutaneous injection,control group received oral hypoglycemic agents.After treatment,compared clinical efficacy and fasting blood glucose（FPG）,2h postprandial blood glucose（2hPG）,glycated hemoglobin（HbA1c） of two groups.Results The total effect rate in observation group（95.6%） was higher than that in control group（56.7%）,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.After treatment,FPG,2hPG and HbA1c in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the changs in observation group were better than that in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Insulin therapy in elderly patient with type 2 diabetes has a nice effect.
