摘要
目的 研究代谢综合征(metabolic syndrome,MS)患者血小板活化特异性指标的检测意义.方法 选取2010年10月~2011年3月60例MS患者(其中单纯MS组、MS并发症组各30例)和30例健康对照者为研究对象,用ELISA法检测其血浆β-血小板球蛋白(β-TG)、血小板第4因子(PF4)和血栓烷B2(TXB2)水平.结果 三组血浆β-TG,PF4和TXB2水平分别为:单纯MS组29.83±10.94 ng/ml,5.27±4.11 ng/ml,147.54±73.47 ng/ml;MS合并并发症组为51.62±20.26 ng/ml,12.16±6.03 ng/ml,231.72±111.69 ng/ml;对照组为23.68±8.15 ng/ml,4.36±3.52 ng/ml,125.27±49.6 ng/ml.单纯MS组明显高于对照组(t=5.21,P=0.008;t=2.45,P=0.021;t=3.42,P=0.019);MS合并并发症组血浆β-TG,PF4和TXB2水平显著高于对照组(t=23.52,P=0.004;t=31.45,P=0.001;t=1.67,P=0.005);MS合并并发症组血浆β-TG,PF4和TXB2明显高于单纯MS组(t=18.33,P=0.005;t=28.46,P=0.003;t=21.72,P=0.005);MS患者血浆β-TG和PF4及TXB2的变化正相关(r=0.485,P〈0.01;r=0.772,P〈0.01).结论 MS患者存在不同程度的血小板活化,测定血浆β-TG,PF4和TXB2水平可评估MS患者血小板活化程度.
Objective To reveal the value of platelet specific activation index in patients with metabolic syndrome (MS). Methods The sera samples were collected from 60 patients with MS (30 simple MS and 30 MS combinated with syndrome patients) from October 2010 to March 2011 and 30 healthy people as control. Plasma β-TG,PF4 and TXB2 were determined with ELISA in simple MS group,MS combinated with syndrome group and the control group. Results The levels of β-TG, PF4 and TXB2 were 29.83 ± 10.94 ng/ml, 5.27 ±4.11 ng/ml and 147.54 ± 73.47 ng/ml in simple MS group, 51.62 ± 20. 26 ng/ml,12.16±6.03 ng/ml and 231.72±111.69 ng/ml in MS combinated with syndrome group and 23. 68±8. 15 ng/ml, 4.36 ± 3.52 ng/ml, 125.27± 49.6 ng/ml in the control group. Compared with control group, the levels of plasma β- TG,PF4,TXB2 were higher in simple MS group(t= 5.21, P=0. 008; t=2.45, P=0. 021, t=3.42, P= 0. 019) and in MS combinated with syndrome group ( t= 23.52, P= 0. 004 ; t= 31.45, P= 0. 001 ; t= 1.67, P= 0. 005). The levels of plasma β- TG,PF4 and TXB2 were higher in MS combinated with syndrome group than in simple MS group(MB. 33,P=0. 005; t= 28. 46, P=0. 003; t=21.72, P= 0. 005). Plasma β-TG level was positively correlated with PF4 and TXB2 (r= 0. 485, P〈 0.01 ; r=0. 772, P〈0.01 ), respectively. Conclusion There were various degrees of platelet activation in patients with MS indicating that it is important to examine the levels of β-TG, PF4 and TXB2 for studying MS occurrence, development, treat- ment and prognosis.
