摘要
党的先进性建设,指马克思主义政党组织为了始终成为无产阶级先锋队组织,始终代表广大人民群众的根本利益,始终走在时代前列,始终成为人民群众的主心骨,始终成为坚强的领导核心而进行的实践探索活动。在马克思主义政党建设史上,先进性建设始终是政党建设的一个核心问题。从马克思恩格斯的理论建党到列宁的组织建党、毛泽东的思想建党,再到邓小平的制度建党,虽然他们的建党侧重点不同,但其目标都是保持党的先进性。在世情、国情、党情都发生了重大变化的当今时代,在建设中国特色社会主义的今天,执政的中国共产党要始终站在时代的前列、保持其先进性,同样要注重先进性建设。而在当今中国,推进党的先进性建设,关键是要注重能力建党,注重党的执政能力建设,注重党的领导干部能力提升。
The party＇s advanced nature,referring to the Marxist party organization has become the vanguard of the proletariat organized,always represent the fundamental interests of the masses,always ahead of the times,has become the backbone of the people,always a strong core of leadership exploration activities carried out in practice.Construction in the history of Marxist political party,political party building advanced construction has always been a core issue.From the theory of Marx and Engels to Lenin＇s founding organization founding,founding ideas of Mao Zedong,Deng Xiaoping,then the system of Party.Although its founding different emphases,but the objective is to maintain the Party＇s advanced nature.Living conditions,conditions,and the party have undergone significant changes in the situation of the contemporary era,in building socialism with Chinese characteristics today,the ruling Communist Party of China should always stand in the forefront of the times,maintain its advanced nature,also have to pay attention to the advanced nature of construction.In today＇s China,to promote the party＇s advanced nature,the key is to focus on capacity building the party,focusing on the party＇s governing capacity,focusing on the ability to enhance the party＇s leading cadres.
