摘要
目的研究针对医院船医疗救治特点的优化流程。方法利用业务流程管理(BPM)理论和方法,结合多次任务实践数据与方案,构建医疗救治模型,对医院船医疗救治流程进行模拟与优化。结果提出医院船医疗救治流程概念与识别层次,从总体救治、组室间和组室内三个层次优化医疗救治流程,发现制约医院船医疗救治能力提高的流程环节。
Objective To optimize the medical treatment process in hospital ship. Methods Based on business process management theory and methods, integrating multi -task practical data and project to build medi- cal treatment model in order to stimulate and optimize hospital ship treatment process; Results Bring forward the concept of medical treatment process on hospital ship and recognition level. Medical treatment process was opti- mized from three levels, which included overall treatment, in - group and between - group treatment. The author also found out the process areas which restrict the elevation of medical treatment ability on hospital ship. Discus- sions and suggestions Based on group compartment, information support and medical personal training to opti- mlze treatment process.
