摘要
基于乳化液泵曲轴受力状况和三支承五曲拐曲轴结构特点的研究分析,给出了设计尺寸链对曲轴安装与工作性能的影响关系,即设计尺寸链选取的合理与否直接影响着曲轴和箱体的安装精度、乳化液泵工作时的压力波动大小;提出了设计尺寸链的设计与计算方法;并简要介绍了尺寸链检测原理。
Based on analyzing and researching of the work condition of emulsification pump＇s crankshaft and structure＇s characteristics of three supporting five crankcases crankshaft,the influence of design dimension chain to crankshaft＇s installation and performance that dimension chain＇s design is reasonable or not directly influences the installation precision of crankshaft and case and the pressure fluctuation of emulsification pump were pointed out.Dimension chain＇s design and calculation method were presented.And the principle of dimension chain＇s measuring was briefly introduced.
