摘要
目的建立可靠的个体化髋臼骨折术后三维有限元模型,并对其进行力学分析。方法选择髋臼双柱骨折患者1例行骨盆cT扫描,Mimics10.01(Metarialise公司交互式医学影像控制系统)重建三维模型,Magic9.9软件对模型进行面网格修饰,经体网格划分及附材质后构建个体化髋臼骨折术后有限元模型,导入有限元分析软件Abaqus6.9加载并分析各部位应力特点。结果建立了个体化髋臼骨折术后三维有限元模型。加载并行有限元分析结果表明应力沿骶髂关节向前后柱传导,左右侧髋臼前壁、臼顶负重区、髋臼后壁出现应力集中,且两侧应力均值无明显差异。与正常髋臼相应区域比较,发生骨折的髋臼在骨折线分布区出现明显应力增高,左侧正常髋臼应力均值为1.19Mpa,右侧术后髋臼应力均值为1.48Mpa,有明显差异。结论利用Mimics建立的个体化髋臼骨折术后有限元模型,具有较高真实性和精确度,有限元法为髋臼骨折术后评价提供了一种有效的生物力学方法。
Objective To establish reliable and individual three-dimensional finite element model of acetabular fracture after operation. Analyze the stress fracture. Methods One patient of both column fracture of right acetabulum was chosen to take CT scanning of pelvis. Three-dimensional model was recon- structed by Mimics 10.01 (Materiaise' s interactive medical image control system) software and modified in Magic 9. 9 software. Import the model into Abaqus 6. 9 software to load and analyze the stress character- istics after remeshing and parameters setting. Results Individual three-dimensional finite element model of acetabular fracture after operation was established. The loading tests and analysis showed that stress transmitted to anterior and posterior column along the sacroiliac joint. Stresses concentrated on the anterior column, acetabular dome and posterior column. Mean stress showed no significant difference between the left and right in these areas. Stress concentration appeared on the distribution area along fracture line of right acetabulum. Mean stress of this area was 1.48 Mpa, and higher than the corresponding region on the left which was 1.19 Mpa. Mean stress showed significant difference between the left and right in this area. Conclusion The individual finite element model of acetabular fracture after operation established with Mimics software has satisfactory authencity and accuracy. The finite element analysis provided an effective method for effect estimation of acetabular fracture after operation.
