摘要
目的:配合规范四川省中药材质量标准,保证临床用药的有效性、合理性,以攀枝花市、昆明市等地的野巴子(共11批)药材为研究对象,对其进行了规范化的质量标准研究。方法:照相关文献资料进行了药材性状、显微、薄层鉴别方法研究,照《中国药典》2005年版一部附录方法,测定了11批野巴子药材的水分、灰分、酸不溶性灰分、浸出物含量;参照挥发油测定法中甲苯法测定了11批野巴子样品中挥发油的含量。结果:①对野巴子药材的性状和粉末显微特征进行了描述,建立了其薄层鉴别方法;②拟定了野巴子药材常规检查项下的限量标准:水分不得过12.0%,总灰分不得过9.0%、酸不溶性灰分不得过1.5%,水溶性浸出物不得少于18.0%;③拟定了野巴子药材的挥发油含量限度不得少于0.60%。在此基础上,撰写了野巴子质量标准草案。结论:初步建立了野巴子药材比较规范的质量标准,为野巴子的临床合理用药提供科学依据。
Objective： In order to standardize the quality of traditional Chinese medicine and improve the safety and rationality of clinical medication,systematic quality standard study were carried out among 11 batches of Folium Elsholtzia rugulosae collected from the Panzhihua city,Kunming and other places.Methods： The contents of moisture,ash,acid-insoluble ash and extract of the 11 batches of Folium Elsholtzia rugulosae were measured according to the method in the first volume of Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2005.The examination items such as characteristic identification,microscopic identification and thin-layer identification were established too.The volatile oil contents of these herbs were tested based on the first method for volatile oil testing in the first volume of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2005（appendix XD）.Results：1.Methods for characteristic identification,microscopic identification（powder） and thin-layer identification（volatile oil testing） of Folium Elsholtzia rugulosae were established.2.Regular indexes of quality evaluation for Folium Elsholtzia rugulosae were established： the contents of moisture,ash and acid-insoluble ash have to be less than 12.0%,9.0%,and 1.5% respectively;extract content has to be more than 18.0%.3.Volatile oil contents of the herb samples collected in different places were tested,and we have drafted the content limitation of volatile oil for Folium Elsholtzia rugulosae to be more than 0.60%.Conclusion： The quality standard of the comparative system of crude drugs for Folium Elsholtzia rugulosae has been formed,which provides scientific reference for the safe clinical medication of Folium Elsholtzia rugulosae.
