摘要 目的探讨奖惩机制在护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法我院从2010年1月开始在护理质量管理中实施奖惩机制,并与2009年的护理质量检查评分进行比较,对实施奖惩机制前后1年的护理质量和患者满意度等进行比较分析。结果实施奖惩机制后的护理质量,较实施前的护理质量有显著提高(P<0.01)。结论奖惩制度应用于护理质量管理中能提高患者满意度,激发护士工作热情,增强团队凝聚力,增长护士长管理意识,提高护理质量,有效改善护理管理的效能。 Objective To discuss the application of the rewards and punishment system in nursing quality managing. Methods The rewards and punishment system was beginning from Jan 2010,compared with nursing quality check score in 2009,and to compare and analyze the nursing quality and the gratification grade before and after performing one year. Resuits After performing the rewards and punishment system,the nursing quality was significant improved than that before performing (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion The rewards and punishment system which is performed in nursing quality managing can rise the gratification grade,enhance the nurse' working fervor and the cohesion power, increase nursing management awareness,improve the nursing quality, and further improve the nursinz manaze efficiencv.
