摘要 目的研究强化健康教育对糖耐量异常患者转归的影响。方法采用随机单盲对照法,将体检中心检出的116例糖耐量异常患者分为强化教育(IE)组和一般教育(GE)组,每组患者于入组时以及随访1年时检测体重指数(BMI)、空腹血糖(FPG)、OGTT 2h血糖(OGTT 2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)指标,进行组内前后及同期组间比较,统计转变为糖耐量正常、糖尿病的例数并进行组间比较。结果 IE组BMI、FPG、OGTT 2hPG、HbA1c指标明显优于GE组(P<0.05)。糖耐量正常转化率有显著性增高(P<0.05),糖尿病转化率有显著性降低(P<0.01)。结论强化教育可以增加糖耐量异常患者糖耐量正常转化率,可以降低糖耐量异常患者糖尿病转化率。 Objective To study the effect of intensive education on the outcome of patients with impaired glucose tolerance (IGT). Methods With the randomized single-blind control methods, 116 patients with impaired glucose tolerance were divided into the group with intensive education (IE) and the group with general education (GE). Body mass index (BMI), fasting glucose (FPG), 2- hour post oral glucose of oral glucose tolerance test (OGTY 2hPG) , glyeated hemoglobin (HbAlc) were detected from each group in the time of beginning and following-up one year. The indexes of each group were compared, and the conversion rate of IGT to NGT and the conversion rate of IGT to diabetes in two groups were also compared. Results BMI, FPG, OGTT 2hPG, HbAlc were significantly lower in IE group than in GE group (P〈0.05), and the conversion rate of IGT to normal glucose tolerance (NGT) was significantly higher in IE group than in GE group (P〈0.05) . The conversion rate of IGT to diabetes was significantly lower in IE group than in GE group (P〈0.01). Conclusion Intensive education could increase the conversion rate of IGT to NGT and decrease the conversion rate of IGT to diabetes.
