摘要
通过182份有效问卷调查数据,运用回归分析和结构方程模型方法,探讨了中小创业企业创业者能力对创业绩效的影响。研究结果表明,中小创业企业创业者能力与创业绩效正相关,但创业者能力的不同维度对创业绩效的作用呈现差异,创业者能力的不同维度对三种不同创业绩效的影响也各不相同;说明了创业者的机会能力、关系能力及战略能力是影响中小创业企业绩效的关键因素。研究为创业型中小企业充分发挥和不断提升创业者能力,帮助创业成功提供现实参考。
This paper,based on questionnaire survey data on 182 enterprises,discusses the influence of the small and medium-sized entrepreneurial enterprises（SEMs） entrepreneurship competence on entrepreneurship performance through correlations analysis and structural equation mode（SEM）.The study results show that SEMs entrepreneurship competence is positively related to its performance,while different dimensions of entrepreneurship competence has different effects on entrepreneurship performance,with each dimension differently influencing three dimensions of entrepreneurship performance.This study further illustrates that opportunities ability,relationship ability and strategic ability are the key factors on entrepreneurship performance of SEMs.The results provide actual reference for SMEs which can effectively give full play to and constantly promote the entrepreneurship competence to improve performance.
