摘要
腕部作为完成支撑、托举以及过渡等基本动作的核心部位,是竞技健美操运动员的主要受伤部位之一,运用文献资料、调查法、访谈法分析了竞技健美操运动员腕部损伤的性质、原因,并作出了如何预防的对策研究。
With the rapid development of aerobics, the demand of the movement difficulty is increasing, and more injury is occurred. How to reduce and prevent the occur of injury, is the most important problem of aerobics now being confronted with. As the core part of completing the basic movements such as support ,lift and transition, wrist is the main injured part of the aerobic .Using the methods of literature, investigation and interview, the paper analysis the characteristic and reason of the wrist injury of the aerobics athletes, and Propose the countermeasures of prevention.
